I don't know who needs to read this, but I needed to write it:

You are a very strong and evolved spirit who has lived many lifetimes.

I don't know who needs to read this, but I needed to write it:

You have bent but you will never break.

No one and nothing has any power over you that you don't give them.

Sometimes you get knocked on your ass, so get up and dust it off and walk forward.

You can't move forward by living in the past. Look to the future, you will be there tomorrow.

Everything outside of you is potential. Use it for good things.

Don't give the keys to your future to anyone who hurt you in the past.

Forgiveness doesn't mean what they did to you is all of a sudden acceptable. It wasn't then and it is not now. Make them prove they can be trusted or let them go.

Forgiveness is how you drop the energy so you don't keep everyone involved in it. Drop it and walk away. Forgiving someone is freeing both of you to choose what comes next.

You are magnificent Creation. Act like it.
