Evolution be damned. When I walk into a drinking establishment I want every guy in the place to be hitting on the lovely girl on my arm as soon as I step away to get her a drink. It's such a trip when I come back and dislodge them and walk back out later with her still on my arm.

You had a post, called Finding it. Which I was going to comment on, but when I went to post, This blog entry showed up. Can't find the "Finding It" post at the moment. But I will put the comment I was going to post here: I gave up looking a long time ago. What I find to be an interesting phenomena, is that when I have connected with a new interest/partner, the potential candidates come out of the woodwork. For instance, when I still lived in California and I went to an event, restaurant or someplace with my vanilla friend Vickie, women would hit on me like crazy. She noticed it all the time. We were never connected romantically but we seemed like a couple when we were together. It just amazed me. "Men need to hunt. She obviously understands this. She’s offering herself as prey. Different men value much different things about women. There is no one size fits all among "evolved men ".
