Recipe Slowly bring to a simmer. Not too quickly, but with building heat. Keep at a slow simmer for a good long while, until there's a plentifully creamy consistency. Be sure to avoid testing with a finger…the heat might be more than you ever realised… Some people advocate putting a lid on it….but it’s best if allowed to bubble over sometimes….( clearing up the mess afterwards can be fun) xxx
