Great, indeed! I’d only make one small but important change: Your gut is almost never wrong; ALWAYS listen to it. It’ll be right 99% of the time, and when life and well-being are on the line, that’s enough to support cutting decisively. Particularly when acting within the realm of your rights, don’t let the need to be perfect become your enemy- forgive yourself that 1% up front. Predators and manipulators are experts at amplifying the slightest doubt to create vulnerability in their would-be victims.

I want this list in my toilet, so i can read it, everyday! Or want it on every door in my house, so i have to keep reading this!! There are so much items, on this list, that i knew, i was right about, while such person tried to tell me other wise, ignoring/ deny my inner wisdom!!
