New Beginnings

Well, things are finally all unpacked in the whirlwind move. It is funny how fates when you make your mind up on something propels you through at a whirlwind speed to answer that desire want or need. So now it is getting used to a new job, new home, new/old city as it is has been many years since lived in the area, meeting new people and finding my place within it all.

Some days it amazes me how much lighter my mind feels, away from all the negativity, away from the isolation the sense of peace that seems to have settled in my new household. To hear laughter and not have to cringe at yelling, degradation all of that. To see my offsprings smile where they are blossoming and I can say I did it all for them but I can feel the difference and peace the change has brought me as well. In some ways it is a little more difficult, and I still self doubt here and there "can I do it" "the effects on them" "I am solely responsible" As friends tell me, " you have been doing it on your own for years" " you got this" " just look at the smiles and hear the laughter and you know you did the right thing"

I am blessed to have the positive people in my life who have made this transition easier, and continue giving moral support and reminders that never alone and for this I am ever thankful as I venture into this new chapter of my life.

 Every new beginning comes from the end of some other beginning. So may you stay positive, balanced and open to the love that surrounds you.
You will certainly do it for the smiles on their faces, for the place you brought yourself, and above all, for the adventures that come from new beginnings.
May you see the invisible, achieve the impossible, and feel the intangible.
