So, I'm not going to address the systemic racism thing. I'm not sure what the definition really is. But, we can agree the current education systems fail minority populations. It's easy to decry the systems failures. What's your proposal to put schools on a track to provide all students a top quality education? It's something that will be even more critical in the future for our country's progress and economy.
