I think mine is spread to the four corners, either standing or on a bed with both my arms spread and legs spread...Both being in and seeing But there are so many choices it’s hard to pick lol

It depends on the reason they are to be tied. Is this punishment or pleasure, and if so pleasure for whom? How long is they to be left tied? Some positions mean long term is very hazardous, others there is fewer risks. Like many other questions posted on blogs here without a fully rounded explanation any answer is going to be subject to a lot of assumptions, and we all know what they say about those.
