The Voice

The music has just begun
V/voices lowered
The beat of two drums in rhythm
V/voices hushed
The song yet to come
V/voices silenced
she stands, eyes lowered
One voice speaks
she sways to the One voice
One voice whispers
she kneels, reaching out
One voice comforts
she weeps no more
One voice gives all
she is complete.
