Secret science.

The problem with the Earth was that once the Feminists found the gap between girls and boys intelligence had grown it became necessary to push the advantage as much as they could, so girls only schools were funded to that cause.
Girls had to be trained with discipline so they could chose appropriate breeding partners.
They were given tips on how to spot boys who were suitable and "easy pickings" just begging to get their little hearts broken.
And pay up without question for all the entitled ladies needs.
Don't forget that once upon a time in the wild, sheep could look after themselves, and it was how they were trained that made them vulnerable.
So over time the boys became vulnerable and stupid like sheep and girls would group together and laugh at them.
Now that reminds me of another point.
I left school at 14 to find a job not knowing anything of use from my schooling to apply to the real World.
The foreman was very outspoken but he did like a laugh and we kind of jelled.
I remember him telling me I looked like I knew everything but I knew nothing. Just an empty shelf.
I didn't disagree with what he said, just assuming a lot of things worked that way.
Like the cover of a book without the story written yet. Or a willingness to laugh before any good jokes were known.
So maybe I would learn stuff and one day rightfully own my learned countenance.
I think I could even pass as God's patriarch, wise in the good books teachings. I read much of it and this angered my father and he went on wild excessive rants about how I'd fail against errrr not quite sure what he meant, but I would reach a perilous and very apt ending.
He said his father was an idiot and for that matter they ,my entire heritage were all idiots. Even my father was an idiot and it stayed with me his erroneous description as how the crown on a belt pulley worked to hold its flat belt on.
He thought that it tried to creep to the lowest points at the sides and got stuck in the middle. Later I learned as to how the pulley spokes were angled to allow the rotation and load to strengthen the spokes also protecting them from the cast metal cooling after casting.
A whole plethora of numbers and facts became entrenched in my brain and when I took up with the steam punks I could freely chat on the technical stuff that interested us.
We'd traipsed around the old battlefields of Europe looking for the fanatical Nazi inventions we'd heard rumor of.
No stone whether of science fact or magic was left unturned. I found I had a knack at delving into crop circles and it was once at a fabled monument awaiting the shortest day that I met Lulu.
Not the singer but she could surely sing and she lightened everyone's heart with her Irish ballads and praise.
I was into finding the spiritual connection between those places of stone and Lulu told me I'm one of the old souls who'd put them here.
Had toiled for many moons to bring those stones all the way to here.
The ensemble put me on a rock and gave me a cheer and a toast and I told them a story about Boudica the warrior queen who'd fought the Romans.
It was amazing to me that simple things I'd stored behind my serious countenance would prove useful.
I had an English writer in my family tree and one day when I'd attained some mastery over the language I'd read it as the icing on the cake.
Or cringe turning my gaze away from it in disgust.
But back to my current peril and I was sure I'd missed the time period I was after and had drifted too far south like an early gold laden trade ship ready to swap gold by weight for the precious spices.
Maybe dried vanilla beans.
It was the same unerring themes that dogged those keen on travel. As being once an army reserve they'd teach us to join the road where it was obvious we had to go only left or right.
I'd used that many times myself too since then wandering a fine land in search of Opal.
Stones that were once seen as cursed and wouldn't be allowed on the ship were now tolerated and sought for good purpose.

Imagine my surprise when I found out that my opinion actually mattered!

You could see maps in those opal faces pointing you to somewhere.

There's enough in what you wrote for a song Domdaddy. Misty Mary kissed a frog and met a fairy. While that wanton Sandy was feeling Randy's crystals.

I collected some large quartz crystals for a necklace dream.
