Don't forget the plot.
I was watching 'inventing the Abbotts' DVD movie and the intensity is building but it's taking its time to get anywhere.
But the scenery is nice and the 50's set has a lot of collector classic cars and that's nice.
I suspect reality wasn't that neat though and it reminded me of a pic I had from the 50's of a place near where I lived.
It was of a young woman next to her car. A very stylish one too with an open top. If I could find the pic.
Car design faltered in many ways after the 50's. to me anyway.
The stylish bmw 507 is something I could chug about in and later on it was brought back in about 2000 as Bmw drivers had forgotten how to smile.
Even bringing back a 50's style grill to bang on the front of a modern Bmw.
The 50's were kind of suffocating to me, lacking the modern shortcuts.
It was too easy to get 'stuck' , trapped into a life with<b> death </font></b>the only way out.

 I had a GMC Javelin. It was that bumble bee yellow and black......what a car!

That's a sweet looking ride right there dream. Mines from that Mustang off shoot too. Guy had barely driven it when he passed and it just stayed in a shed forgotten. Still has the original oil filter on it from 70's but now with a new coat of its original paint it's winning praise.
