Evolving While I am positive that as far as geography, I am precisely where I should be. I am not at all sure of where I am headed, emotionally, sexually or mentally (yes, I am aware there is a fine line and direct link between these). A visit with an old friend, former lover and partner in crime this evening, has me wondering, if I should revisit the wildness of my youth. I have become so self controlled as I matured, it has been necessary for my profession and submission has done wonders for my impulse control, I have to wonder if I haven't gone too far. Is it even possible to revisit that wildness? Or is it not the wildness that I want to revisit, but perhaps the submission to a woman that I know I should be afraid, but am not. It surprises me that I am even questioning this, ordinarily, I just go where the wind blows me and all those lifetimes ago, she and I agreed to not return to what we once were, however we have both changed. Hmmm perhaps I just answered my own question. Into the woods I go, to lose my mind and find my soul. |

i have found that it is best to leave the past alone. It helped mould me into what i am today. Let it be and enjoy what we have today and the memories.

I find that the longer I live, the more I like stability. I guess I like some wildness, but been there and done most of that already. "One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"

What we miss from the past are remembered emotions. Problems is, the grownup version of us wouldn't feel the same if the past was to be experienced again. Better treasure those memories than risk ruining them.

F Yes! We evolve with time I would go with my feelings if I was sure I would have no regrets later.... A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing. George Bernard Shaw Jenny
