IM laps

Is it just me or have other noticed that since they have gone to the one point for a IM, that the listing of who is on IM seems to be very slow to update. I have lost 's of point to IM that are sent to chat with someone only to see they are no longer on the system. I use to enjoy chatting with several friends and offering comments to New subs, to ensure that they understand the nature of the lifestyle, as I believe it is encumbered on those of who have been in the lifestyle to give a true reflections of the structure. But I find quite often that the person is gone as soon as I the IM. Am I the only one having this issue, and is it more the connecting I have, or a change in the system now that it is more CASH oriented.
