Some days the sun shines on the dogs backend...a pluggers update Ive said it before that i lothe car repairs....but i had no choice. My roommates ac compressor seized up. A rebuild 2..a new one 3 or 4 hundred,..and a mechanic's markup...better break the lube. Ive never done this repair before...and honestly it stressed the living fuck of .. But you isnt hopeless and turned a wrench a time or two.. Thank god a dude work finished the job for ... work no less...he vaccumed the lines and put in the freon. Now you may say why? Why put yourself through this bs.. Why didnt this dude just take his car to a mechanic.. This dude is on disability...literally..he has diabetes..has now half a foot,one lung etc..his car is his only means of freedom. So yeah you not only did the repair but for the part.. Im probably 300 hundred...but in the end its worth it.. I can the damage..he can't.. And the car is back on the road and i can finally breathe again.. Nothing sucks worse than working all and then coming home and trying to repair a car in the dead of winter,.outside.. I may not be great...but sometimes just being good enough... Is good enough.. Maybe i earned my title as the king of the cent fixes. |
