Im amazed how deeply entrenched some people are

Rarely are my blogs black and white. am grey ( duh). I tend to think outside of the box. Yet people are quick to label your

People assume this or that and are quick with the..fuck trump or maga/ trump 2020 replies..

literally ron swanson. I hate all government. It's rare for me to back a candidate. I wish certain politicans and their pensions were defunded. I totally into term limits for all of them

People say i bash on nancy pelosi therefore i must be

But doesn't she deserve criticism..

If you vote democrat shouldnt you also be critical of your elected officials..your not dumb enough to just check the box next to the "D"

Right?

But but leo you dont bash trump...

I think i can say we all have had our fill of the current president and you dont need me to join in the criticm of trump. If you need to get that fix simply turn to don lemon or anderson copper or late night tv or snl or most media outlets...or most social media platforms. It's literally 24/7 trump bashing and im passed full
They are professionals. Im just a guy at 5 in the morning blogging.

I just tend to see things differently

It's like i dont give blm a pass. I ask questions like we just had obama in office for over 8 yrs and no mention about america being racist. No new laws to change society or help black folk..

Trump gets elected and they act like we got magically transported back to the mad men days with don draper.

Now its suggested that all white people are priveledged, society is inherently racist and the cops are working with " the man " to keep blacks down

Huh???? Did i slip accidentally a 70's blackploitation film..
Where is Cleopatra brown?...

I ask questions like blm uses social media to pressure white celebs into saying things like they now will use their social platforms to amplify black voices..like hillary( please explain how she has any social media platform.. isnt she like 70 plus )

BUT ironically blacks typically have more wealth, positions of power, more influence and more platforms than any other minority . LeBron james probably is the biggest star in the world..worth over 350 million dollars..the of the nba
Funny how he sides with the chinese government..Apparently lebron loves over human rights..

If whites are racist then wouldnt they be racist to latinos, asians, persians, indians, etc

So why is it blm and not poc or minority lives matters..?

Certainly latios are being locked up and harassed unfairly by the police. Racist cops are killing black men but arent latinos??? No latinos being shot by police??? No other minority groups being killed by the police? No lgbtq?

Why is their no for blm to use their platform to amplify the voices of other minorities..

I mean if whites are really that racist..you'd think black folks would use their wealth, power, influence to shield other minority groups.

Right?

Or is this just a hustle? Tied to alot of politics and political parties

But noone wants to peel back the onion.

Your set in your position of yes or no..black or white..

And i think your afraid of the grey.

If you didn't see the rise of overt racism during the Obama years you weren't paying attention. It was a common theme throughout, especially at Tea Party rallies. There was also the Birther Movement.

You have a wealth of information at your disposal yet your ignorance astounds every other post. You can answer most of the questions you ask with little more than 5 minutes of research on the google machine before making a post, but then we know you would not have much controversial content.

You expected Obama to clean up a mess 200+ years in the making in 8 years, with Mitch McConnell and John Boehner. I guess the rumors of God being a magical black man like Morgan Freeman must be true. You didn't hear about racism in America during the Obama years because you were not listening. You like many, not all but many, of the white people I know fell into one of 2 categories:

Either Obama was a savior and was going to fix all the racial division
-or-
Obama was only elected because black people decided to vote for a black man

Almost every piece of social domestic legislation introduced during his tenure was blocked or filibustered. Typically it was played in the media as being along some racial lines. Think about that, concepts that would have enriched the lives of all middle class and poor people in America was stopped because a group of people were lead to believe it would benefit 1 race group disproportionately. For example AFDC, although statistically there maybe a higher percentage of minorities receiving child aide there is an overwhelmingly higher number of whites receiving aide.

President Lyndon B. Johnson once said,

"If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you."

It's funny that you see it as white and black, because as a black man I can tell you that the collective we see it is rich and poor. However, since we are the darkest of the non-whites, collectively have been here the longest, and were an easy target for the reason southerners lives changed so drastically after the civil war; black people and black wealth became an easy target for white hatred. Pass these ideals down a few generations and institute a system of control that reinforces these tenants and boom, happy times.

In America racism against blacks predates slavery, but do you know the story of Tulsa Oklahoma's Black Wall Street? For Latinos, right around 1848 with the Mexican-American war. Illegal deportation, lynching, it has all happened just not talked about. 1860s, Chinese immigrants were brought here to work on the railroads that linked America were vilified by racists whites they claimed they ate children. Anti-Chinese settlements popped up allover the mid-west. Japanese Americans during and after WWII. Indian .. are we talking native American or Indian? I wonder if you can even tell the difference between an Indian and a Pakastani; or a Persian and an Arab, if confronted with the choice. Have you had any first hand knowledge or conversation with any of the race groups you mentioned? About what they have experienced and not what you believe they have experienced and how they should feel? Probably not, because efforts of revisionist historians are and uninformed idiots that cloud real discourse.

I can safely say that ever demographic in America and the world in general has experienced some kind of race or religious based persecution. However, it also can not be argued that America has elevated it to an art form. In 1705 the blood-fraction laws made it that if 1 great-grandparent was black, you were black, and therefore not really human in the eyes of this country's white people. My great-grandfather was 1/2 white a product of a dutch slave owner and a fair-skin black slave. My grandfather had blonde hair and blue-grey eyes; spoke english, german, dutch and french; but was also called a nigger everyday at his manufacturing plant after immigrating here in the 50s. It shocked him how prevalent racism was here, because American radio downplayed Jim Crow and such overseas. You are old enough that you probably heard segregation and jim crow stories while growing up, yet a few weeks ago you were bitching about hiring rules in the NFL created by white owners and universally spit on by black players and coaches. Your stance was that if we have 65% of the players are black than there should be a reverse affirmative action. Then I wonder, If all whites are racist, then by inverse reasoning the blood-factor laws I am white and therefore a racist. I can live with that but can you live with me being called white?

Rodney King and Reginald Denny ... George Floyd and the guy pulled out of the truck during the protest. 25 years apart. Not much has changed except this: the number of white people at the rallies. And it was white people that pulled him out of the truck. The Tulsa BLM protest during Trump's rally, I don't think I saw 1 black person. You may not have seen the racism but your kids did. And no matter how hard overtly or subversively they were separated, enough white kids are now interacting with black kids making them realize the racist shit their parents, aunts, uncles and grand-parents taught them just doesn't hold up. You can see it all over Tik-Tok and Instagram. The first time I was called a nigger I was 7, I went to a white neighborhood to buy a miniature knight for a project I was doing on the middle ages. Some white kid who was with his dad turned called me a my grandmother niggers. The father then turned to me and said to me "Are you mad? I'll let you fight him if you want. I swear I wont jump in at first". The other people in the store didn't say a word. Evil triumphs when good people choose to do nothing.

Oh yeah and about the Trump bashing, We don't need to hear it from you now because for the last three plus years you have approved his message.

    Quoting :

Yes many people opposed Obama for his policies. That's just politics. But there were ALSO many overtly racist signs at Tea Party rallies, cartoons, and comments. Then there was also the Birther Movement that was even supported by many GOP members of Congress and the idiot now in the White House.
