We all lost in this election

An election this close tells me three things

1. Half of people dont normally vote... but did on this one

..why not have elections on saturdays, why not give me the day off,why not let me mail a ballot in etc....why base jury duty off of voters rolls.
Why not make voting as easy as possible? Having tired assed folks wait in long ass lines after work isnt enticing.

How about an incentive? Let me take a deduction off my taxes for voting

2. Neither side is really dominant...despite the frenzy and push from the media, celebs, the nba etc...over half this country leans right.
It is" twitter" in a nutshell...a few vocal minorities acting like they speak for the majority.( for both sides)..

3. Putting on my alex jones tin foil hat....someone cheated..perhaps one of those chicago suprises where a hanger full of uncounted ballots will turn up in pennsylvania or north carolina on friday...or the usps will " find" ballots a week latter and the media will demand every vote be counted. Ofcourse 99.9 percent of those ballots will be for biden somehow..lol

Why does the US have so much trouble with voting wheras most European Countries in the west sphere manage without issue. In the UK everyone is registered, wait times to vote are a few mins and there is no voter fraud beyond the odd Nursing home owner filling in postal votes for the dementia patients ( happened in my town 20 years ago - 10 votes - guy jailed and disqualified from being a Director).
Fact is the US is crap at free elections because of corparate money.

In Australia, they get the day off and voting is mandatory or they face a $100 fine. That information is from a girl I was talking to in 2004 so I'm not sure if it's still accurate...

We have no problem with the voting system itself here.
Our problem is always having to choose the lesser evil.
It's been years since I voted for a candidate because his or her qualities.

wasn't the last election close also? Hillary won the popular and Trump won the other system?
