On getting fed arrested by the fbi for the cap protest Less below |

You can call it what you want....but all this woman did was lifestream and walk inside the capitol building with the crowd. She turned herself in to the fbi...( why?).. And she was federally charged with what amounts to tresspass..or what they call entering a fed building without permission. For doing the right thing and taking responsibility the fbi watched/ reviewed all her social media vids/ blogs and even searched her apartment ( not sure how that is even legal...did they have a warrant and if so im curious as to what it said they were looking for).. There is no evidence of her having weapons or causing any act of violence..she was just there. So just being in a restricted zone gives them the right to search an apartment? If so then some fed judge is biased AF. Sounds like the fbi flexing on a small fish. In this case i really believe the fbi is clueless in identifying 99 percent of the people there OR are afraid to admit to the public that yes they do have the facial recognition tech installed ( and operate more like china in this reguard) So yeah that is the fbi violating numerous laws in my humble opinion. Trying to stereotype ALL the protesters for a actions of a few. Anyway that is what she gets for doing the right thing and turning herself in... on a fucking tresspass charge So can we now go after any protester that hurts the police and enters a fed building.. So can we use the fbi to start charging protesters in portland that attack police and enter,torch federal buildings...wheres the manhunt to out and arrest these people? In kc the fbi has paid for numerous billboards for people to snitch on the cap protest.. Whoses paying for that? And what good is the fbi if numerous crowds of people protesting cant be easily identified because..omg they are wearing a mask

Please inform us where you obtained your degree in jurisprudence and where you practice law? So many people with no qualification, little in the way of analytical thinking and massive amounts of bias pontificating about things of which they are almost entirely ignorant. No American is required to go to law school in order to exercise their Freedom. We are born with those inalienable rights, an inheritance we received when our forefathers tired of the abuses of their King. Since THAT insurrection, we are quite proud of the declared rights and limited transfer of sovereignty we participated in with our Constitution. We wrote it so everyone can see the rules. YOU BRITISH prefer a constitution in which it isn't written, specifically so you can make it up as you go along. Those elites who believe you need a particular education from a particular institution before you express your view points are as ANTI AMERICAN as it gets!! That you are British, and evidently arrogant, is hardly support for your "legal opinion" that somehow LikesMatures has exceeded his "position". We never did have serfs, and we fought a war because SOME had slaves. Both, again, show the superiority of our love of true individual sovereignty. And as to our "anti intellectualism": it is a common event in America that we dismiss the blathering nonsense of "intellectuals" like you, and we do so because we allowed you to speak your "mind" and prove there is no thought behind your commentary. Im sorry where is it written that one has to be an attorney to express an opinion on law. I am not practicing it..im not representing anyone.. Hopefully you realise one can defend oneself in court without these certifications.. Convicts can literally write up their own appeals She tresspassed. That is her only charge. Dont know about you but ...wait for it...normally the fbi isnt given a warrent to search your home for that charge. I can walk up to any fed facility in my city. They can say sir your not allowed back there and can indeed arrest me. Yet where is the probable cause for the search warrant? Either of my electronic media or my home.. She carried no weapons,did no violence,did no damage,threathen noone, made no statements of overthrowing the country,didnt destroy anything,didnt steal anything. She is charged with simple tresspass...and most likely won't serve any time Being part of an unruly mob doesnt give the police,the fbi probable cause for such unlawful searches. Imagine if your part of the portland protest held on new years eve..you turn yourself in.. And just for tresspass the cops want to search your car/ your house??? Fuck the media would go nuts..fbi agents would be called racist She was just there live streaming....fuck technically she can claim she is a journalist. My point is simple..the fbi has no way of finding out who 99 percent of the protesters are..hense the nazi bs of illegally going through her phone and searching her apartment for crimes that dont exist. You cant have an opened assed search warrant.. It would be like saying we dont have any real evidence of a crime on mike..but fuck you partied with mike in the past. Lets raid your house,your computer looking for something that might make a case.. Lets get real they are hoping this lil fish has a list of a conspiracy or other members.. Yet the fbi has no legal rite to this search..

Ha....this is rich...after reading laws on criminal tresspass this woman ...well not this woman since she was live streaming.. But other protesters could literally plead guilty to tresspass and still get off... Stating they were fearful for their lives based on the mob and its actions.. Just because she is a small fish in the fascist revolutionary mob doesn’t mean she is immune to the consequences of her actions . It is to be hoped that several thousand of them end up serving prison sentences of varying degrees, depending on the violence of their participation . The Republican congress people who hosted reconnaissance parties of revolutionaries should be thrown out of congress and tried for treason and those identified to be in the mobs physically attacking police officers should face attempted murder charges at least . I’m sure as the party of law and order all right thinking Republicans will agree.
