 Like most idiots i assumed a toilet in the bathroom..

Was a plus..

Then ibought said house to see said sewage pump wasnt working.

t and all those food crap from my kitchen sink goes right into my sewage pump pit ??

Such a nightmare..

Ive replaced the pump twice in 10 plus years and now it stinks..

And a plumber needs to be called

 Damn, been there done that. Bought a house with an underground 3’ return air/heat duct system from under kitchen counter to garage unit. It had a sump pump in it but when unit was replaced the repair guys removed the pump and did not replace it and did not tell me. Now years later it has rusted out and fills with ground water when it rains. Not for sure how we are going to fix it. It’s a mess! So add that to the list of if it has one move on!!!
