Emotions over facts...the impeachment trial my thoughts See below |

I honestly thought i was watching a stage production instead of a hearing yesterday. It was like " lawyers gone wild and have 15 sec to flash their boobs" The African american female prosecutor??? Was litterally crying with the reliving of that day via video...with her red dot equates mob..blue dot indicates...cop??? And wtf was with the grainy video..is this the senate or a 7-11? Fuck at one point this woman brought up 9/11 ??? And all this theatrics and grandstanding is a moot point. There is no reason to play videos of the storming cause everyone voting was there. It is meant to piss people off and play the emotions card. But that isnt your or their job.. This impeachment hearing ( cause it' not a trial) boils down to the rhetoric of trump's short speech and a few tweets. Even his inactions are moot. And if your really gonna count trumps lack of inaction or denouncement of the storming.. Then can we start to remove any politican that sits on their hands and allows any mob of protesters rob,loot,steal,asssult police etc.. Or any politican that refuses to denounce any group including blm etc during riots.. Cause this is setting up a precedent and i think we need to now remove these politicans from office. No matter what appears on any video....the real problem is tieing it back to trump via his words.. And honestly i dont believe it's there..saying the word " fight" isnt enough.. Or else lets start the process of removing maxine walters.. Who now lies and said she never told her supports to fight anyone in the trump adm, get up in their faces and confront them.. And then it did happen to members of trump's staff including his press sec.sarah Huckabee. And yes there are plenty of mayors,governors,reps etc that either encouraged protest,did nothing or even aided these people as they took over fed buildings,looted,clashed with police, etc Should we now start their removal process. Are we going down this slippery slope where the actions,words of a leader is directly responsible for the actions of a mob? Last time i looked trump wasnt leading the mob

And once again im not pro or anti trump. Im being logical instead of click baited emotional.. And then people will be pissed that i extend this same arguement to their political leaders... If trump is guilty then isnt the mayor of baltimore, most politicans in seattle,san fran with their support for antifa.. What about our vp? She said she would bail out any protester that got arrested? Is that not supporting and encouraging the mayhem. Should i be allowed to show video of violence being committed during these protest and then tie it back to then senator harris? I mean she didnt tell her supporters to stop..she didnt denounce these people..she made no speech condemning their actions.. She pulled a trump. Can she now be impeached

As you said this isn't a trial in the legal sense....It isn't legal. it's political...As the Constitution meant it to be. The POTUS need not break the law to be removed. All he or she needs to do is break the oath of office as he did when he tried to overturn an election. While citizen Trump is most certainly protected against government actions for his speech, President Trump is still held to his oath. While citizen Trump can't be jailed for his speech, President Trump can certainly be removed for it.....

So, in 2022, if the republicans take the majority in both houses, which is a possibility, Biden is a prime target. And there would be cause.
