How stupid is the left..the American taxpayers will never be cool w student debt relief See below |

Like brah how stupid are you.. You literally took out a 100,000 dollars degree in a major that won't pay you that amount. And now the dnc wants the taxpayers to pick up the tab and just forgive these loans. Being real i own a 150 grand mortgage on my house..noone is forgiving that..noone is forgiving my student loan that i paid in full. So fuck you to these kids that legally signed these loans. My tax dollars should not be going to reduce your legal debt. And if the government is gonna forgive debt...then lessen my mortage..fuck these spoiled brats

Currently, every American owes $85,000 for the current tax load that our elected officials have over spent for us. This $1400 dollar stimulus package that actually puts very little in the hands of the taxpayers, you know, the people that put them in office, only cost each American $6,000. That's right, 1.9 trillion dollars, divided by 330 million people is about $6,000. And these are supposed to be smart people. If I was writing checks that my bank account couldn't cash, I'd be sitting in jail, why aren't these fools? Little Tommy or little miss Susie sweetpants has always been told, since they were born, you can be anything you want to be. The colleges have listened, and have created classes for anything you want to be kids, have arranged convenient sign on the dotted line financing, and haven't taught these kids anything about life or making it in the real world, so we have a country full of of college educated be anything you want kids, looking for jobs that don't exist, thinking that they are going to change the world for the better, because their parents said they would, but still living at home with mom and/or dad, unable to afford anything. They are college educated, so they can't take just any job, it has to be what they were educated in, but they weren't sure what they really wanted to be when they grew up, so now they change their minds and don't know what to do.

Many of these student loans that go into default are guaranteed by the Gov't so we will be paying them off anyway. The majority are from For-Profit schools that promised high paying careers (ie they lied). Why not make the school owners/officials contribute to the payoff pool?

The university system is maybe the most blatant example of hypocrisy there is. They preach socialism but consistently charge an unrealistic amount with year to year increases. I don't understand why smart people don't see this.
