Weight loss article from men's health See below |

Yesterday i posted some weight loss advice i got from a bodybuilder you tuber. I was suprised to see men's health featured similar advice as this guy claimed to lose 30lbs in 3 months.. The article is featured on todays yahoo. Some might claim bs or he is on steroids But i lost 22 without doing cardio..if i ran id be down 30. The trick is to reduce your calorie count slowly until you stop losing weight/ plateaus. Your metabolism slowed down.. Now reduce your calorie count more...and you'll start losing again Wash/ rinse/ repeat..and hell you might try lifting or doing cardio. The guy in the article had a cheat day..every 10th day he would eat more than 3500 calories.. He claimed the scale said he put on 4lbs...then the next day or so the scale said he lost 6. Now see eating like that would scare me considering how hard it was to lose the weight. But cheat days are nothing new to bodybuilders...most likely speeds up your metabolism

I am always impressed with people who can do this. I found when I allowed cheat days they got closer and closer to each other lol. So now I just work, and that is my work out. I now am back into physical work and losing weight, but still trying to reduce calories.

Well keep the cheat days seperate.. like 10 days a part
