Day 2 beet juice test See below |

Just a quick follow up....apparently beet juice works.. 2nd day drinking it...2nd below 120 score. Unfortunately there are 2 problems with beet juice.. And no im not talking about getting pink pee or poo. 1. Apparently it's akin to prune juice and will give you the runs...to which shocked me last night...so be careful how much you drink. 2. Becareful to get a bottle that has alot of sugar in it.. If not..like tonight..it starts off tasting sorta like v-8 and then left me with this root/ dirt after taste.. The previous bottle with full sugar didnt have the after taste.. I havent tried the beet powder..but im guessing it taste better.

but what is your pressure the next day before you have more beet juice?

My bp was rocking in at about 140/ 85... Basically still too low for alot of doctors to really put you on any meds.. With the beet juice it normalized to like 120/80 To address the porn question...it takes time. The problem is most people dont appreciate this. I work m-f 730-5. Then head to the gym around 7 to 8 or 830. So that's a long fucking day. The porn i do have needs to be rewritten and edited before it can be posted....most likely part two will be released saturday night.

The beet juice tends to have a lasting effect that lingers to the next day..so my bp numbers were the same. Later in the day it seemed like it went back up But typically it's good for 8 hrs. The powder which is more concentrated may last longer
