Gotta luv the pot laws

So yeah in missouri medical mary jane is legal if you have a card. Rec use is not.

But both the mayor of kc and the DA of jackson country said we arent gonna arrest anyone for having a joint..
Period. Not worth the resources.

Buttttttttttttt parts of kc extend into other counties besides Jackson county. County governments overseed city governments

So drive ft across the jackson county line into platte county with rec pot and your gonna get<b> arrested...</font></b>drive ft east ( back into jackson co)and they dont give a fuc

Drive 2 miles across the missouri/ Kansas border..
In missouri its legal if you have a med mj card..in kansas they dont care what missouri law says..your now<b> arrested </font></b>for posession.

2 fucking miles😣

 oh and pot possession is a federal class 1 (?) 'illegal narcotic' felony still I think...

Eureka Springs, the city cops, don't hassle you for pot. Some weekend nights you can smell it just walking late downtown, and especially on Diversity weekends
