The kyle rittenhouse case??? Can we literally defund the DA's office See below |

But i'll preface this by saying the DA's motive for going to trial with this one is very sus(pect). And im gonna guess it's another case of virtul signaling for twitter points and orange man bad. I will admit that i knew very little about the case. But quickly got caught up thanks to cnn.. Note not fox..not tucker..not hennity And honestly let's examine the case for what it is.. A 16yr goes to a riot with a rifle to help protect and offer aid to the injured. He gives a few interviews with the media. Some of the protesters/ rioters arent happy with armed citizens just walking around and begin to argue with them. It was said in testimony that protester 1 was going to kill the armed citizens if he can get them alone. Protester 1 is hidden in a car lot. Kyle walks through the lot and p1 confronts him. Throwing his bag at kyle. It is said p1 lunged for kyle's gun and kyle shot him 4 times. This was proven by the coroner who testified the injuries to p1's hand suggest someone lunging for the barrel of the rifle. Protester 2 and 3 shout...you shot him and then decided to " get kyle". With p2 kicking kyle and p3 hitting kyle with a skateboard.. Kyle shoots at both and kills p3 Protester 4 ( a medic).. pulls his concealed carry pistol out and confronts kyle. P4 said he thought kyle was an active shooter. P4 claims kyle pointed the AR 15 at him so p4 put his hands up. But then lowered them and pointed the glock at kyle and started to walk to him. Kyle shoots p4 in the bicep. Now this isnt me putting a political spin on this..this was testisified in court. P4 testified today Now i dont know where your from...but if i see a man walking around with a rifle... Er im not gonna confront him..im not gonna lunge for his gun...cause that will get you killed. If i see a man with a rifle shoot someone dead...my last thoughts are..hey lets get him...you kick him and ill beat him with a skateboard.. Cause those will be your last thoughts. If i just saw a man shoot 1 guy in the head and then shoot another... Er im not walking up to him with my weapon drawn.. Why? He will shoot you.. And the DA literally made the case of why kyle is innocent.. Got rushed once...got bum rushed twice.. And some idiot walks up to you with his gun drawn while your holding an ar 15.. Fuck i would have shot all 3 fuckers.. well being honest.. i would have killed all 4..im a better shot. And this trial is so dog and pony....the judge even threw out the charge that kyle violated the curfew during the protest. When..insert cringe..there wasnt one. Who is thos DA just making up charges??? So the only real thing they can hang on kyle and make an example out of him to all the other right wing trumpers.. Is having a rifle and being underaged.. Meanwhile...funny no charges for protester 4 the medic who had a glock..but his cc expired...to which he admitted in a court of law.. Hmm funny the only law breaker is kyle?? Is this really about justice...or is this hanging a nun in the town square.. Is this about rule of law or some DA making political hay so he can move up the food chain. And what does this say about the fbi? That flew over this riot and had detailed video evidence of the attacks. But didnt come immediately forward or present this footage to kyles attorneys.. Yeah the fbi isnt weaponized and political They just with held evidence... but apparently the fbi can do alot of illegal AF stuff...like spying on people of arab hertiage after 911...and then claim you can't investigate because it's top secret.

Alot of people want to make this out to be a " stand your ground" fail...or a case of a right wing gun nut It was purely a case of getting jumped...you see it all the time on youtube videos of seattle antifa protest. No i wouldn't advocate bringing a gun to a protest.. But both sides..left and right do carry clubs,helmets,vest,etc..they do fight and do gang up on people. Unfortunately when you kick and punch someone with a gun...they will kill you. This isnt some stay gold ponyboy momment where the greaser rumble with the socs using barefist.
