The more i watch this trial the bigger shit show it becomes.. With everything from the DA's office slapping on a charge for breaking curfew...when there wasnt one.. To the prosecutor making a claim in court that kyles silence in police custody alludeds to his guilt.. ( to which the judge reminded the prosecutor that it's everyone's constitutional rite to do just that). To the judge not knowing how pixel resolution works on an i pad.. To the prosecutor key witness...protester 4 the medic being on stand and admitting...yeah i lowered my arms and pointed the gun at kyle and walked towards him.. I hate how both sides are making this trial political. The DA trying to paint kyle as some far right wingnut that brought an " assault rifle" to a riot so he could shoot people.. And his defense insisting kyle is just a stupid 16 yr old that was trying to help. The truth usually is somewhere in the middle. BUT none of that ,matters... The case boils down to having a gun and having people rush you,chase you down the street,kick your head,hit you with a skate board... And then point a glock at your head... Was the shootings justified? Listen...like we learned from the set of rust...when your armed with a gun you take on responsibility. You dont point it at people...but then it is what it is.. And yeah it's meant to kill.. Roll with one and you might end up like kyle before a jury.. Or dont...and end up like protestor 1,2,3.

Never should have been a trial to begin with for an obvious case of self defense We have a black cop in DC who killed an unarmed female protester and not even a "legal hearing" so its OK with me that some white 17 year old teenager killed 3 armed criminal rioters- including a convicted child molester. We put a statue up for criminal George Floyd so lets go for a statue to honor Kyle Rittenhouse...
