Now she hasnt been formally sentenced yet.. But only convicted of 4 out of the 11 counts of fraud Wtf? Which included defrauding patients..the jury somehow found her not quilty of these charges..??? She claims she invented the damn test And other investors claims of fraud that couldnt be agreed upon by the jury were labeled a mistrial and basically dropped.. Huh??? So under the guidlines each of the 4 counts could rack up to 22 yrs each in a federal pen. So life in jail. But it's rare for white collar criminals to get stacked sentences...unless your male and your name is bernie madoff( he got 105 yrs in jail) Elizabeth holmes may only get 5 to 10 ??? Then the judge may take mercy on her cause she popped out a kid and we cant let that kid grow up without a mom..not my words...but the words of an expert on sentencing talking to yahoo on this issue And considering it will be country club prision..she probably will get earily release. Elizabeth holmes..that made billions off of fraud..putting millions of people' lives at risk with a phony medical test..that she " invented". May spent 3 yrs in jail.. Quick shout out to anyone in the hood...quit stealing cars and selling weed.. become a white collar criminal instead. Esp if your a woman. One jurist today literally said they voted her not quilty of patient fraud because elizabeth was so cheery on the stand and actually believed this fraudulent test worked or soon would work..( despite her being the inventor/ main pitch person and having no medical or science degree..hell no degree period). I kidd you not.. You steal a car..5 yrs...she steals billions..may get 3.. Yeah there really is equality in america. Just wait and see...she will get 10..but that will reduced.. And out in 3 And imagine if she was 21 and hott

Thanks...but i didnt have alot of time to really research each of the charges against her. Im going off an interview of one of the jurors in the case by yahoo news. But yeah...con people out of millions,make yourself into the next steve jobs,bypass testing of your product by the FDA ( twice). People wanted to Elizabeth holmes to work. They looked the other way so it could work...they wanted a pretty white woman leading the charge in the medical industrt. Didnt hurt that she donated alot of money to the clintons either. Too bad the product never existed..she bought other companies test kits ( which took multiple drops of blood to give an accurate result).. Then added just one drop like she promised.. And the kits registered false information/ fake positifes and most likely harmed/ killed people. Her product not only didnt work.. " the einstein machine"..(.the test )..didnt exist.. It was a fraud from the start and elizabeth holmes was the perfect wrapper to sell it.. Young,pretty,female blonde,from Stanford U invents this miracle test ( despite not being a doctor,nurse,emt,pharmacist, working in big pharm, not have any degree is biology,chemistry,engineer.. Hell she doesnt even have a college degree. But boy they just drooled at the thought of a young female "elon musk" that voted liberal
