 I had a lil set back at the end of 2022...

Apparently I did something at the gym that my body didn't appreciate...

And literally fired up the one nerve trail that goes through the lat..one bitch nerve

And fuck me..it was like someone had a dog collar on my nutsack..and dialed it to the 99 setting

Instant...lighting sorta pain..shooting down my lat to my kidney

Roll 1 degree to the side out of bed and I got lit the fuck up. Instant spasms of pain

So yeah some may say..
fuck it...I'm now 54yrs old...your just gonna get hurt lifting weights...time to move on you old fart.
Time to give it up.

And the beat goes on..

I came back to the gym today...trying to figure out which exercise aggrieved that nerve..
And couldn't find the culprit

I can now lift 75 percent my max with no pain..

And the beat goes on I guess ..old wolverine
