Gym culture used to be... Bros..helping..bros Why? Men are wired to help,problem solve..if you saw a guy struggling with the weight... You ran over to spot,to help him Just cause a bro spots you or helps you rack your weights doesn't mean he wants in your pants.. Now? gyms are flooded with women in yoga pants doing 2 plate ( 190lb) hip thrust??? In hopes for a bigger ass??? Never got that one...I get the hip thrust is a great exercise...but so is eating 10 happymeals if you desire a big ass. And yeah she was asian..probably 5'5 120lbs soaking wet...why would she want a honking large Kim k backside These same women have made $$$/ an industry out of filming themselves at the gym/ completely bent over.. Hoping to catch a dude..any dude .staring.. And then play the victim card by plastering the video on tiktok and calling him a creep??? It's gotten so bad that men no longer give a fuck.. If you want to blow out your knees,back,shoulders.. Lifting wrong....It's on you.. If you need help.. Good luck with that.. Cause dudes will now only help dudes... Who don't film,who don't come to the gym half exposed...who are there to actually lift weight. Some gyms are considering a no film policy

Good for you! As a woman I often wondered if guys fell for that nonsense. I had girlfriends who automatically assume if they went to the gym all men would hit on them. That's just pompous and not attractive on anyone. To me that would be great, if someone would actually tell me what I am doing wrong. Instead they just make fun of you or ignore you altogether. I don't blame them, having read your blog. I get it. So it hasn't just been ruined for just the guys. Hopefully that is just a small section of people and most have enough self respect not to be so paranoid of a helpful person.
