Literally blown away that this new company bleeds money..

Yet does stupid shit like..let's take an 80 yr old building that has been through a flood..

And let's completely retool it with new electrical..plumbing and AC units on the roof...

???

Er..why didn't you just bulldoze this pos building and build to order..

???

People that keep throwing money at a problem...

Are called insane...

Cause it is a money pit

 Let me rephrase that..the shop was flooded in 93..when said building was part of a lumber yard...

So go knows what your in store when you get in there..could even be asbestos

 You for get the cost of permitting, equipment and possible zoning restrictions. sometimes it is better to make do with the building you have!
