And now this new company that bought us out is Dicking me around.. And I literally out argued the head of HR..made her look like an idiot I said what the company is doing is really shitty.. In front of all the stores employees...in an hr insurance meeting And I honestly let that shit fly.. Without an ounce of fear.. I'm leo..duh..maybe you heard of me What part of being a chad.. Don't you get... When I no longer care..yet am the best you got..or will ever get.. Then there is that disconnect. Fire me,keep me on.. Whatever.. But I am leo.. And you'll never find someone like me. Worked for the same company for 20 yrs..never took a vacation..was sick like 4 days in 20 yrs.. And made you money. Nobody out works me.. I make you money.. |

And the bitch slap.. This new company want to fine me 960 dollars a year for refusing to take their voluntary wellness program..aka a blood test. Plus our insurance rates are going up 10 percent. Makes me wonder how they retain employees

just to play devil's advocate... they may find something with the blood test that needs treated. It might be worth $900 just to find out.

maybe they won't be retaining employees. It's best to stay off the radar before you're promoted from employee to customer. Lots of companies require a complete physical every year. Some companies even require flu shots working hard is not the way to move up in a company. companies want people in administration that can communicate and interact with employees at various levels and have good social and communication skills. If you work hard and do a good job they will keep you in that position and at that level forever. Merit based promotions are a thing of the past. That's why its common to see a supervisor that's just plain stupid in charge of a team of people. No one is irreplaceable. The company was there before you were employed by them and it will still be there after you've ceased to be a memory.
