The " got junk" trash pick up co. Are fucking you over

So yeah that happened.

Put out all my stuff on the curb for the city to come by and pick up in bulk..

I found a note saying...nope...you dared to put a few items in a trah bag.

So now I have like a ton of c in my front and the city can't do another scheduled pick up till

Feb 21st. My tax dollars hard at work..

And before anyone complains...I'd gladly drive a trash truck for the city.

So like everyone else now a days you call...1800...junk guy or whomever..

And they will literally charge you like 75 bucks to dispose of a matress..

My load?? Might have been 500 to 600 bucks.

Got a rental uhaul..40 bucks plus mileage...the garbage dump..charged 90

Only 90 bucks to dump 1 ton of garbage..

Let's go..

The irony..

The 1800 junk guy dumps your load at the same place..

He was parked right next to me..

So like for 140 bucks...my problem solved..

I guesstimate those 1800 guys must be clearing 200 a load easily.

Anyway it's basically a rip off

I'm not bagging on a company for trying to make a buck..I know trucks aren't cheap,neither are drivers..

But yeah their truck was as big as mine..

So like 90 bucks to dump..if the yard doesn't give the company A lower rate.
Like 22 an hr for the driver..20 for the helper..
I'm guessing a hr to load and dump...
Plus fuel..probably 10 in he's?
About 140

And they would have charged me 4,5,6 00 bucks
