I ponder about modern men

What good is strength?

If you never use it?

Your big,you bench x amount of weight..you take various types of steroids

Your business revolves on being big and then " selling" that image..hocking products,merch or advice

You sit on your ass on a computer 8 hrs a day..

Have you ever turned a wrench? Have you carried 50lb bags of salt?
Have you loaded a ton of garbage into a u haul..

This is my " vacation"... car repair,dumping shit that the city refused to take,
Carrying heavy ass shit into the house..

I'm sore,I'm tired..im mad as fuck..

but in the end

I win.

You may be bigger..

But I gotta job to do

So go inside while I break these rusted nuts.

Modern men...too busy on tiktok trying to look pretty with their 6 packs..

Me: greasy, sweaty,coated in brake dust, my back

Sore..my muscles ache.

I'm old wolverine..

They? :Worry about camera angles,lighting to look their most jacked.

I say this as a soon to be 55 yr old man..

Show me one bodybuilder,one gym influencer,one tiktok gym person..

That does real world lifting.

No cap..the most jacked guy I ever saw was on a Nat geo special..

The dude belonged to a tribe in africa..

If he wanted to eat,have a wife,have a kid..

It meant him hunting..5,10 miles a day..

Living off of monkeys or whatever protein source he could hunt.

Now? Everyone wants to juice and just pay someone to do traditional guy stuff
