Did willie wonka plant the golden tickets
I figured I'd have some fun and ran across this theory last night..

Ironically the original question was why did only 5 white win...hence the theory that the contest is rigged...
But I'll go into that in the comments.

And ironically this theory is proposed by people that go off movies and don't follow cannon or source materials..

So where the golden tickets planted...was wonka cheating? Was he a r ist?
