Weights


Took some time off from this on a regular basis. Just off and on. Tuesday started daily lifting. Today (Sunday) got back to 50 lb. Did 50 for 2 minutes and then took off 20 for 30 lb.
Thirty didn't bother me at all after 50. Kept them on for 2 minutes just to see.
