One of the bloggers here, rydermantel, puts lots of GREAT older shots, mostly out of playboy magazine and lots from well before I ever knew what playboy was. Thumbing back through some old art books, before taking to the used book store, I thought about how much art and sex have always been entwined. After a few hours of looking and taking a few notes I decided that art class you had to take in college would have been a whole lot more interesting if they had let the students pick the paintings to study.....OH YEA!!! I'll post a few here that I liked, hope you will also and a little something for rydermantel at the end.....a small return for all that he post. The Awakening Of Adonis 1899 by John W Waterhouse  Spoils Of The Battle 1893 by Paul J Jamin  The Bathers 1896 by Camille Pissarro  The Women Of Amphissa 1887 by Sir Lawrence Alma-Tadema  Two Friends Indolence And Lust Le Sommeil Lesbian 1866 by Gustave Courbet  Women at a Bath, (La grande piscine de Brousse), The Great Bath at Bursa Salon 1885  My ALL time favorite. Was used on the<b> album </font></b>cover of Don Ellis big band Electric Bath record<b> album </font></b>in 1967. Record shops would tape a paper bag over it. The army base exchange kept it behind the counter out of sight but on the list of albums. You're no slouch LOL. Some of the artwork that you post is outstanding and remarkable. I love the cartoon post that feature the demwits. I share them with many of my friends and always get a thumbs up. Yes Howling at the moon and mal ad osteo.

In the 10 grade I had to get my parents permission to read John Steinbeck's - Red Pony and other books by him for book reports. Don't give me that tired old bullshit of the republicans....we lived in the bible belt of the dimorats.....we were the damn buckle.....they were better known as the assholes and the ones that voted for them as the hemorrhoids......
