 Left to right, Wilt Chamberlain, Arnold Schwarzenneger, and Andre the Giant, I believe it was a 'promo' piece for Arnold's movie "Conan the Destroyer" from 1984 which had Wilt Chamberlain playing "Bombaata", a villainous warrior, and Conan's counterpart, with Andre the Giant playing the 'uncredited role of "the Dagoth monster" in the film...
