 Looks like something from one of those Men's Adventure magazines from the 60s. They always featured women in bondage, usually about to be tortured or molested by Nazis, Japanese or commies.
I remember trying to sneak a peek at them while browsing for comic books.

we all did that one.....
This one came out of a 60's Adam mens mag.....I tried to find the full story but did not. However I did read up on Madame Lalaurie. I remembered that name from living in N.O. in the early 80's.
