Nothing beats flying on a
plane built by the lowest
bidder . .
Except taking the bus.

I had a VIP tour of the Boeing 777 plant 25 years ago. It was a pretty impressive operation. I'm sure there's going to be a pretty intense failure analysis. I just watched the program on the Smithsonian Channel. It had a Boeing 777 crash in San Francisco with Asian airlines. The crash could have been avoided if the pilots were more Hands-On versus relying on autopilot. A minor change could have prevented the crash.

Howling at the moon and mal ad osteo.

pretty intense failure analysis
Boeings failure rate as a
NASA contractor was 30%.
They carried over their
shoddy work habits that
made them a successful
government low bidder
into builder passenger planes.

My friend was a QA Engineer at Boeing last year who called out this problem and was escorted out and fired. The purchasing department was buying cheaper and materials not approved in the BOMs. My friend uncovered this.

The Boeing 737 was the first airplane
in history forced to be grounded worldwide
for being unsafe after two catastrophic
crashes clearly caused by Boeings design
failure. Following the crashes Boeing tried
to blame everyone rather than accept responsibility.
Pilots refused to fly the plane until it was
re-designed.
Boeing is a stain on the, made in America name!!

I agree with you wholeheartedly. It's the old blame game.

January of 2021 the U.S. Dept of
Justice charged Boeing with criminal
intent to defraud the FAA.
Boeing was fined two an a half Billion dollars.
