There's beauty everywhere you turn out there. I love the southwest. Nice to catch a little good news these days. Congrats!

You'll only be a little over an hour from the Stanley Hotel. I've always wanted to sleep in room 401, 217 or 428. I'd probably just sleep like the dead ( no pun intended ) and nothing will happen except for playing some good old rock and roll. If I get stoned and play all night long It's just a family tradition. So any ghost will just have to put up with that unless they play drums or bass. peace out.

poetess Congratulations! I hope you can get there sometime soon.. A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing. George Bernard Shaw Jenny

Congrats on your new position. Here's hoping you find what you're looking for. As for a song, try: "A Mile High In Denver" by Jimmy Buffett. And welcome to The Mile High City. VA

Congrats on getting to go to a place you love. Here is a song done in a style of old folks songs. Like what the Christy Mistrals would do. This is done by Up With People . simply called Colorado.https://youtu.be/hmO8uNUtcPg "One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"

" Station was empty Trains were all gone I reached in my pocket Waited for dawn The clock played drums And I hummed the sax And the wind whistled down The railroad tracks Hey three for a quarter One for a dime I'll bet it's tomorrow By Rocky Mountain Time I walked in the restaurant For something to do The waitress yelled at me So did the food And the water taste funny When you're far from your home But it's only the thirsty That hunger to roam And the clock played drums And I hummed the sax And the wind whistled down The railroad tracks Hey three for a quarter One for a dime I'll bet it's tomorrow By Rocky Mountain Time..." BEST wishes and MUCH success in your new "adventure"!

Congrats! Traffic in and around Denver is the only downfall these days. A Great music scene down Broadway and near Coors field. Check out Cervantes in 5 points (I saw Snarky Puppy there) a great venue. You will enjoy Denver.
