try some of the black keys. I like gold on the ceiling, but there are others too. Whoever is doing their recording-mixing is using too much compression, but that could also be characteristics of the mic's used. Ultimately good sound is the responsibility of the sound engineer. I can't get out of the habit of listening for defects especially when listening through cans. I have several different since they are designed for specific applications. Phones used for mixing aren't what you'd use for general listening. enough said. I'll check out some of your tunes and if I like them will end up getting probably all the cd's for that band. That's usually my habit...have a great day and pace yourself. That 16% o2 probably has your heart working much harder.
