Harboring those old loves and defeats can only lead to ruination of the beautiful soul inside. The grief for loved ones lost can brighten a small corner of our heart if we allow that grief to bring us light. We all have a choice.....may we all choose what is right for us.

WE have a mutual friend poetess and her favorite saying is, once done, they're "dead" to me. I had several "pasts" contact me over the holidays, some I have fond memories of, some I don't. But I do know that there is a reason they are in my "past" and time won't change that. Took me a long time to find my Zen and I guard it closely. I also saw somewhere this morning that the Sunday after the holidays is the busiest time of the year for dating sites. If my inbox on other sites is any indication, I tend to believe them.
