I'm quite sure you are old enough to know the difference between love an infatuation. I believe we only truly love uncontrollably once in our life . . The scars, the callouses and the baggage make us less uncontrollable. But the heart still longs to dance, when it hears the right song.

I keep wanting to say "I love you" to my slave. The urge is there, even in such a short time. But I always wonder, is it real? Or is it Memorex? That remembered feeling of a past, that is coming alive, but may not reach full potential.

Unequivocally, it’s true, all the best songs are either written about that heady climb into the misty cloud shrouded high peaks of love, or the terrifying free fall descent from those peaks upon the inevitable crash. The brave dust themselves off, mourn, heal, walk along the dry desert valley floor until they come upon an enticing trail that looks like it heads back up the mountain. Never hesitate to explore it.
