 That was a horrendous ordeal that you went through in Colorado. Every item that you listed for foods and such are excellent.

 Wow, that was some nasty shit, happening to you, in Colorado.

I know most of those herbal items, they are really very good, to cleanse your body from worms and other nasty creaturers.
It is a good thing, to cleanse your body every year, like fasting, kind of thing...
