 Don't apologise. It's far better you vent here than keeping it bottled up and letting it consume you. We all need a safety valve. In normal times you'd get away for a night out but these days we are very limited in our options.

You are doing a good job taking care of those around you - don't forget to take care of yourself.

looks back on her life with regret & dwells on what she didn't do.
