Glad to hear you're getting your 2nd shot --- I'm still on the waiting list for the 1st --- wonder whats taking so long seeing im 71 with health issues --- till then I'll keep my distance and wear a mask in public ( which is not often ) and hunker down at home

Now that I’m “fully immune “ I’m planning a few trips for the future but not for another month or so let the vaccine flow!

It's definitely been a long year but I am one of the lucky ones with both doses. I'm determined to make that Key West trip in June.

Glad you're getting your second shot. Hope you don't have any reaction. They'll probably warn you that the second one can be tough. Mine was, but it won't be something you can't handle. I was still in the midst of my wandering, in Australia at the time, when I decided I'd better return to Virginia to be available if my aging parents needed help. Good thing I did. My dad's house caught fire and left him homeless. It was a damn shame. He and I dug the footings for that place and put up the basement walls together when I was 16, and he pretty much put the rest of it up by himself afterward while I was off in California and Hawaii.

damn I wish we were getting close to vaccination.......this lock-down sure makes me horny...

Better to have a reaction than to get C-19 and possibly die from it. So far I've not heard anyone dying from the shots from all the vaccines. I'm still waiting to get the number 1 shot (ugh)...

Good to hear you've had your 2nd shot. Yeah, its been a tough year, not being able to see people & do the normal things. But at least the vaccines are providing a path back to normal, or at least, something approaching normal. Hope you feel re-energisied soon. All the best from the UK.
