 Hi. . .interesting story. . . so wish I was much nearer to you for my friendly hands to help.. . . showers and Ibuprofen are ok. . . .but I have in mind would be so much more rewarding.

 Take the drugs when you need them. I use them as well. Course my physical condition is probably a bit worse than yours.

 Just be careful on how much you take...my mom got bleeding ulcers from it. Course that was over a much longer period of time.
