just how important is.... So, you disappear for days, and then when you decide to grace my IM with your presence, are upset because I'm less than excited to hear from you...hahaha...well,,surprise surprise,,, my life does not stop moving along because I don't hear from you...it happens so lets move on. I guess that is one of those things that really does make a difference. I tend to keep my word, I do try to follow through with my word. If there is a legitimate reason I can't, I will let a person know...and try to make other arrangements. I believe in keeping your word. I do believe in making an attempt to do as ones says they are going to do. Call me silly, but it a big f'ing deal with me. The online "stuff" is really becoming a bit of a drag. I am not real impressed with the quality of people I've come across...trust me,,its not all of them, just a selected few...but dang,,they are like fingernails on a chalk board,,they just freaking make my skin crawl. Just another random posting...nothing more than a place to vent... ~hush |

I so hear you. Way too many who do hit & run connections. Regarding fingernails on a chalk board, you never want to hear my singing. "One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"

Online dating is great because you get to potentially connect with many different people from all over and possibly make a connection with someone you ordinarily would not come in contact with through typical day-to-day life. The benefit is at the same time one of the pitfalls of online dating. People can just disappear when they think they have found something better. When they discover that was not what they hoped it to be they come roaring back.
