I feel your pain sister. I let one in so deep. He seemed the real deal and was local (hallelujah). Big plans to meet this weekend after hours upon hours of talking and getting to know one another, to wake up this morning left unread and his profile changed. I would have hoped for at least the curtesy of at least a goodbye your not what I am looking for. I want to encourage you to continue on because there could be a good one out there for you, but I don’t believe it myself. Big hugs

Somehow it seems like a pattern. you're choosing the ride you take. perhaps it would be wise to check the destination before getting on. when you do the same thing, you get the same thing. Maybe some self examination is in order. Looks like you're going around in circles, but it's your life and your ride. You know what you need to do.

I too am tired of the ride. I've given up any number of times. The landscape grows steadily more desolate and bleak but as they say - hope springs eternal. Or perhaps I've gone insane? Trying the same thing over and over expecting different results.

Sometimes a short break will help with clarity on your goals, selection process, desire etc. But do what you feel like doing. "One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"

In so sorry, it is so difficult to separate the wheat front the chaff. And there will always imposters player and just immature men who fail at being men. How many times have I heard this, it's mainly men. They use a smooth line and expect you to fall over them, ask them how their wives are and their face goes all blank. Taking a person out for dinner, a little bit of getting to know you chat over a meal? No way, it's 2 time consuming and awkward not to mention the cost of a good meal. They look at you like a piece of freshly baked cake, you're just something that's soft, hot and ready to consume.

They say we keep repeating the same mistakes until we learn the lesson. I believe all the answers are within ourselves and why we choose who we choose and what we choose... look inside, there is the answer. There will always be charming badasses... see the pathern and avoid.
