The Fable of the Dangling Carrot

The Moral of the Story:
For the Fox/Dominants: As managers/Dominants, we Must Not dangle a carrot unless we can deliver, otherwise, we will create a culture where our bunnies/subbies will become disgruntled, distracted, and disappearing… and we will become a leader with no followers, Dominants without submissive, Kings without a kingdom.
For the Bunnie/Subbies: Before we blindly chase a carrot, we must make sure that 1) we even like carrots, 2) That the carrots are real, and 3) That we understand the costs of the chase.
Maybe this can be of any use to some of you dear friends.

No dangling participles, dangling carrots or even a dangling dangler in my pocket to lure rabbits into false expectations. I just have to be me as best as I can.

I am kinda better, full of drugs for the virus, painkillers, and some sedatives as my son left last night with his father with no word, I don't know when will I see him again, and it was a bit difficult... at least I could have had some sleep ...but I shall survive, Pac. Carrot or any other word/term/association will be used as a trigger to make you believe and think you have finally found what you are searching and longing for. While in fact, it's all just a game.. manipulation. Some of those more experienced are so skillful that after a few chats they will know exactly what triggers you, what you positively react to, and they will start offering it to you in a fine and subtle way... all until the execution should happen. Then they disappear under many silly or with no reason or words at all.

A good friend of mine used to live in Japan and had a selection of local girlfriend whom he referred to as his "bunnies". Since he was a very courteous and caring guy, the bunnies always felt cared for and rewarded him well with lots of intimacy!

I think the point of my anecdote was that my friend was always honest about his situation, desires, responsibilities etc. In any meaningful relationship, people have to be honest about what they want and what's on offer. As you know, I come more from the swinger milleu than the BDSM side, but I think that here, there are some that get off on manipulation pure and simple; to these people, it is all a game and they deserve nothing but our contempt.
