Everyone has a chance to make a choice

Hope everyone enjoys this Sunday... rainy, with some distant thunders over here... so the choice was to stay home, snuggled, with coffee and tea and movies

There are so many who instantly expect trust from a submissive. But for me regardless of how many people are in my circle, the trust has to go both ways. For individual relationships or for all of them

I have learned over the years to not expect much from people. I've been accused of being cynical and they are spot on. The less you expect from people the less the hurt when they let you down. I have a small circle of friends that I've had a relationship with for over 40 yrs.....they are true friends.

Respect and trust go hand in hand in my opinion. I can’t respect someone if I don’t trust them. I cannot trust someone if I don’t respect them…

Trust and communication is the foundation of any successful relationship, intimate or not. Sometimes we believe in a person, while trust is wavering, we still believe that it will build and become stronger.

It wasn't always easy for Sara and I, especially because we only trusted that we would piss each other off.

It is exactly the reason why my circle is small, Domdaddy, as I don't want them anywhere near me. If there is no truth, no trust, no respect, there is no reason to be in any kind of relationship with them.

Jenny, thank you. The first time I saw this quote, it has sounded so familiar to me, resonated very much with my ways.
Though my life is kind of sorted, the most difficult part was to recognize and accept I am an introvert, and what makes me feel comfortable 😊
