interesting read but don’t we all have & exhibit these traits in some way or another?!
ones past experience can recognize patterns create change encourage growth!

Yes, we all have & exhibit these traits in some way or another, and yes, our past experiences are very helpful. Sometimes it is also helpful to read interesting and informative articles, studies, etc, and expand our knowledge, become more aware of things, and do something about them if needed. |
